why im banned?
how are you boys doing so recently i received banned in-game no hacks/cheats were used not sure this my fault by joining a game/lobby and i had no idea there was hacker with use i was playing survivor and the hacker was survivor too and he he was standing for 1 min and noticed i received menu that said WELCOME TO MENU on my screen i ended the game from the task manager and i was scared to receive the banned on my steam profile so please i really need to play that game and remove the banned this is the only game i play its my fav i spend total of 6 hours playing please any help it will be greatly appreciated thank you.

You need to submit a support ticket since it sounds more like this is for dcing and they won't do anything about it here.
