You just need block windows with any perk for long walls and shack. Pallets are not safe against Trickster already.

Brutal Strength and Save the Best for Last. As a 110 Killer with no catchup who gets countered by blocking line-of-sight, Perks that prevent Survivors from getting distance on him in the middle of a chase are very good.
Not even a knife hit, just throwing one knife removes the stack you gain.
As for OP's question, I think Bamboozle works best on him.
I personally use Brutal Strength.
Clicking on huntress or deathslinger is the best chase perk.
Seriously though, bamboozle is ok.
Switching to a better killer hurhurhur. But like honestly
He’s just not capable of ending chases fast enough. His issues are beyond perk bandaids.
