Why am I unable to create a post in the Q&A forums?

I get a Permission Problem when I try to post a question.

    Only open for a window of time. (Perhaps be renamed, or re-ordered in the list as I can see the initial confusion if you don't read/fully understand the sub-line)

    Ask the Community is the right place to ask the community questions about the game.
