Boon Perk Concept:
This a few concepts for how a boon perk might function, utilizing theories from different people.
Theory 1: Mirroring Hex perks
A random dull totem in the trial has a boon place on it for the remainder of the trial; turning it into a boon totem. The killer may perform a 1.5 second animation to “stomp” the boon totem permanently removing the effect of the totem from the trial. Survivors may cleanse these totems as well, 20% faster than normal. The killer will be able to see the aura of all totems (dull, hex, and boon). However, dull and boon totems aura will be red while hex totems will white. The killer will gain the hallowed status effect when a boon totem is active and affects them.
Boon: Generosity
A supernatural force emerges when you emphasize with others. Those in peril feel that unknown power, pushing them to hold on to hope.
Each time you complete a healing action on another survivor, Boon: Generosity gains a token, up to 6/7/8 tokens. For each token, a survivor out of chase gains a 2% stackable haste effect.
The effects of this boon persist as long as the related boon totem stands.
Theory 2: Placable Boon
The survivor must interact with a totem to place the boon and activate the boon perk. This will either be temporary or permanent with the killer being able to stomp the totem to remove the effect. The killer will be able to see the location of all totems in the map and will be notified when a boon totem is made.

Gain the ability to press the activate ability button while cleansing a dull/hex totem to place Boon: Generosity on it; turning the dull totem into a boon totem.
Each time you complete a healing action on another survivor, while a boon totem exists, Boon: Generosity gains a token, up to 6/7/8 tokens. For each token, a survivor out of chase gains a 2% stackable haste effect.
The effects of this boon persist for 300 seconds after a boon totem is set.
OR
The effects of this persist as long as the related boon totem stands.
Theory 3: Cleansed Boon Effect
When a totem (might be a set boon totem or a normal [dull/hex] totem) is cleansed, the effects of the boon activates. The effects might be temporary or permanent and cannot be cancelled prematurely by either role. The killer is notified of the boon and when it activates. The killer will be able to see the aura of the boon totem and will need to protect it from being cleansed to prevent the survivors from receiving its effects.
