Lost rift progression and certain outfits I paid for when trying out the ptb. What gives?

I downloaded the RE ptb this morning and i noticed that certain outfits I paid with cells for is gone as well as the rift being set back. I maxed it out and it went back to level 51. Why and how? Does this affect your actual game when you go back to normal?

Your save file is taken from a few days prior to the PTB coming out. So when you return to the Live build, everything will be as you left it.
