Lights flicker when Demo teleports or in TR
Like they did in the first season of stranger things.
I think this would be such a cool addition that would enhance gameplay against and for demo so much more.

Problem is, it's essentially a tell that Demo is near you, similar to his footstep noises. Personally, those two things should be disabled whenever Demo becomes Undetectable so that he's, you know, UNDETECTABLE?
