Which add on causes a down when you drop a pallet

I dropped a pallet on a plague, she never swung but I went down. So which add on causes: successfully drop pallet=instant hit ? I know the plague never swung, so it had to be an add on or perk I am unfamiliar with. Whatever it is, I do not like it.

    Also it caused a graphic glitch, I was down but in a kneeling position, for the rest of the game I just scooted around in a kneeling position. Very weird.

    She swung, but the animation got swallowed by the Stun-Animation. You simply got hit through the Pallet.
