Spirit and Insidious
Just did some testing with Insidious on Spirit. I found out that you can use phase walk and keep Insidious until you come out. This could open a new level of mind games for this killer. Unfortunately coming out of phase walk counts as an action, so even if you move somewhere and stay still your heartbeat will come back when you end phase walk.

No but you can use it to potentially mind game since you do a lot of standing still with her. It could make someone think you went away.
I can see this being helpful very, very rarely.
