In the PTB for The Twins, when hitting a healthy survivor with a ponce Victor would have a latching on animation where he climbs a survivor's back.

Check it out for yourself here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4H6O91Ulseg at 1:52

Nowadays, he just teleports at a survivor's back with no animation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e9_rptWz78Y 6:34
