There is no "location reveal" when survivors screams in the dying state from madness 3

I've noticed that when I slug survivors that are on tier 3 of madness they don't show their location when they scream, I am not sure if it's also the case when they miss a skill check when snapping out of it but it's been like this for a while, would be great if it could be fixed, since madness 3 screams is meant to reveal the location, using static blast does reveal the location but not survivor screams.
