Can we get a better perk inventory?

Even something little, like an A, B, C, etc to signify when the next perk starts with that letter?

A: Ace in the Hole, Adrenaline.. B: Babysitter.. C: Calm Spirit.. etc

Sometimes when I'm creating a build I feel like I'm staring into a purple void and I can feel my eyes glaze over
