D/c Penalty
Why when you quit out of a match you lose one pip and get the penalty but if you legit lose internet connection you lose two pips and get the penalty? Why do you lose the extra pip? Sometimes internet just craps out, I'm not saying remove the penalty but why does it remove TWO pips over quitting and losing one?
