  1. Prevent his stacks from decaying
  2. When he drops a Survivor 1 health state with his power, all stacks on other Survivors clear.
  3. His ult does not decay over time when not used


This would allow him to spread out the knives, but he has to pick someone to injure/down with his power.

Also; his ult decays way too fast when not used. I always get it when a Survivor is 2 hits from being downed anyways, because it takes so many hits to power it up. At that point, my choices are to waste it getting 2 hits. Or wastes it by not using it.


Don't be scared of his 'ultimate' power, devs! It's not THAT powerful! It does not need to either take that long to GET, or that fast to lose when not used!

    I think his laceration needs to decay, it shouldn't decay in his TR though

    That could work, too. His power is very much all or nothing, and it's frustrating.

    Moreso given the sheer number of projectile-blockers in the game.
