Appraisal Rummage Speed??

For the description for appraisal it says you rummage chests 80% faster (rummage being the action appraisal allows you to use on an already opened chest) which sounds great until you realize it's completely pointless.

Because appraisal is the only possible way to rummage, you can't possibly rummage slower than appraisal and it therefore isn't 80% faster than anything.

However I don't think this should be changed at all because it's hilarious...

    It's only there for perk tiers, which is really dumb and must annoy the hell out of perk designers because they need to either tack on a cooldown or give it some kind of number difference

    Same reason Visionary has a cooldown lol

    More evidence the perks needed more work put into them; but nah - let's take the lazy route and add useless things to them just to make tiers different so the grind is maintained.

    When the perk first came out it use to affect searching chests but then they realised that made medic pointless so they changed it to just rummage and had to keep the percentage for perk tiers.

    They should've just changed the # of tokens per tier - 1/2/3.
