Question about disconnects
Anyone know how the ban timer begins to deteriorate over time? Is it by time played without dc'ing or just not logging into the game?
I've recently been disconnected twice because the game has been unstable for me, so it has escalated my timer due to that. I don't want to continue playing until I figure out why.

The decay rate and terms are not something that's public knowledge.
