You need to get a Merciless Victory, and that basically means playing perfectly. No camping, kicking enough gens, killing at least 3 survivors, ending chases quickly but not THAT quick, and the list goes on.
It is possible to do, just frustrating.
Yep, you need to prevent gens from being done and exit doors from being opened (for extra points) + preferably hook survivors 12 times (not hard set in stone + sacrifice/kill/DC all 4 of them + Having numerous short and effective chases (Bloodlust coincides with the time you start losing points) and do not remain close to hooks at all.
Need a two pip.
The require points is increased the higher in rank you go.
For example, a two pip at rank 20 is a one pip at rank 1.
