As for pc console also there should be an exclusive character. Maybe a guy fat, with bigger physique!

    He can't run at base movement speed though lol gotta be 96.

    Is there a single reason why the devs should make exclusive characters on purpose?
    Its the same work as a normal platform, but they can only sell it on specific platforms.

    Seems like a really stupid buisness idea

    It's actually a good business idea as that's money coming in. I don't like bill being console only, as long as perks are universal and so are killers as survivors are just skins. A console only character would be cool too.

    Easier said than done. There's a lot of liscensing issues whenever you want to make crossover characters.
    Bill was a lucky exception, not the rule. Valve saw how popular Dead by Daylight was and wanted to support it while also advertising their own content. It wasn't just a matter of "oh hey PC game guess you get a Left 4 Dead crossover."
