Wraith can’t uncloak or attack

Just tried to play wraith and when I uncloaked, I was never able to cloak again nor pickup survivors. Additionally, each time after I’d attack and miss, I’d be back cloaked unable to attack and at the same speed as if I weren’t, and I’d have to tap the uncloak button to instantly uncloak and wait a couple second before I could attack.

All I did was uncloak at the start of a match and miss a uncloak lunge towards a survivor.

I have only played once.
