Nurse can't blink on the Combine Harvester
Nurse can't blink inside or on the combine harvester the Survivor is completely safe in it. Also she cannot blink on the haystack at the drop next to it.

I've seen this happen only on the PTB. Is it on the 4.6.1 patch as well?
