Constructive feedback for Developer Update April 2021

You can find all of the upcoming changes here: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/241887/developer-update-april-2021#latest

I'm only addressing killer, add-on, and perk changes - at least for now.

The Nightmare: While the tweak to snares is welcomed, there is still no counter to avoiding triggering snares while asleep. You should be able to avoid triggering them while crouching or standing still. This is due to the fact that snares are not only used to hinder survivors, but also give away their location (i.e. place nearby unrepaired generators). They also did nothing to change arguably the most powerful killer ability in the game: quickly teleport to any incomplete generator from anywhere on the map, while still also being able to fake it for a brief cooldown cost. He should be forced to commit to a generator teleport, or have a much longer cooldown to make it a decisive teleport. So broken with Tinkerer, Surveillance, and Discordance.

The Demogorgon: Overall good changes, but you shouldn't need an add-on nor entering a portal to be able to decide when you want a portal closed. He should have had a different quality of life change that he can close portals at his own discretion from anywhere on the map.

The Huntress: Iridescent Head nerf is not what was needed. It should have had a range requirement (similar to Deathslinger) to raise the skill ceiling on Huntress. Any noob can throw a hatchet with this add-on; camp a hook for basically a free down; reload; hook; repeat.

The Twins: Abhorrent change to Victor's cooldown. Instead of rewarding Twins players for punishing injured survivors for refusing to heal/spread out, the killer is now punished for using their power effectively. Here's what I think should happen to The Twins: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/236817/twins-buffs-and-nerfs#latest

Small Game: I appreciate you adding the totem counter - something I had advocated for on these forums. But no longer detecting killer traps is a horrible nerf to an already seldom used perk. It didn't target one specific killer and wasn't in any way overpowered or imbalanced. Undo this nerf.

Lucky Break: As Scott Jund said in his video, you overbuffed this perk. Combined with Iron Will, killers have almost zero detection of an injured survivor (footsteps are about it, and very unreliable). Even if it's only for a limited time, this is practically game-breaking.

Open Handed: The issue with this perk is the same since its release: it does nothing by itself. You need to add another effect to this perk. An idea perhaps is to tell how many charges are left on items on the ground by their aura color. I don't know, but something besides helping other perks or items only.

Object of Obsession: My only grief is this piece - "If you are the obsession, your aura is revealed to the Killer for 3 seconds every 30 seconds." This should just be part of the perk, obsession or not, as that is almost entirely out of your hands. I understand not leaving the perk in its current state, but it should have some aspect of a 'Chase me' message to the killer.
