Charlotte should give of killer instinct the same as victor so you know when to change back when playing as Victor.
Players who don't remove Victor builds up a rage meter once the meter is full Victor will bite the survivor's neck and down them.
If Victor is idle and gets crushed it enrages Charlotte giving her increased movement, vault, break speed for 15 seconds. Charlotte won't be able to unbind Victor while enraged. this gives survivors a choice to risk being targeted for killer instinct or risk enraging Charlotte.
