Survivors don't make noise when falling

I was chasing a survivor and when they fell they did not scream/shout/yell. The survivor did not have balanced landing.

I remember watching tru3ta1ent the other day and the same thing happened to him, a survivor fell, no audio, no balanced landing.

I can't speak for tru3's game but in mine the survivor did have iron will. Maybe it's related to that?
