How to make charms way cooler.

So here's my idea:

Some charms should have obvious parings with certain killers (Example: Nurse's little toy horse for, obviously, Nurse). For these linked Charms, they should do something cosmetic for the killer in either their look or power.

Example 1: Hag Charm - When equipped on Hook, when the Hag comes out of a trap, confetti sprays around.

Example 2: Clown Charm - When equipped on Hook, when the Clown breaks a pallet, squeaky clown shoe sounds play

Example 3: Hillbilly Charm - When equipped on Hook, when the Hillbilly is revving his chainsaw, he...erm, does this:
