Every 500,000 bp spent on a killer should let you choose your next perk

Spending almost 2 million bp and not having a single worthwhile perk on a new killer is infuriating, especially when you put out killers that are cripplingly weak.

I have a page of purples already but its jut like monstrous shrine, unrelenting, PWYF, furtive chase, beast of pray....all perks either bad or bad for trickster. Considering how much effort and time I put into getting those BP, and the shard to covert into bp via the ingame store this is unacceptable and demoralizing.

Just let us pick ONE perk. Just at least one to make playing the new killers somewhat tolerable.
