Keys can now be used to unlock chests. Unlocking chest with skeleton key will grant an item of very rare quality with 2 addons of at least rare quality. Unlocking chest with dull key will grant an item of very rare quality with 2 addons of at least uncommon quality. Both of them have "built-in" white ward for the item you get from the chest when using a key. See chest aura within 20m radius while holding a key. Unlocking a chest with a key will consume it.

    I dont think they will change the main system of the keys. There are achievements about the hatch escape with keys so overall it wont change. They can only add some small 2-3 secs open animation for the hatch with the key but it is core will stay.
