I like the Doctor's hallucination ability very much.

Because when I play the survivor, the sudden hallucination of the Doctor has a very good directing ability.

But as time goes by, the perception is that hallucinations are nothing more than drones that tell doctor's targets. At this stage, hallucinations make me annoying.

So, I came up with a way to give a certain sense of fear and anxiety to the survivors.
