Please help, I can't play
I have no ability to use the template as I cannot get into a match, it has a closed padlock on all things other than help and tutorials.
I have finished both tutorials and have looked at every tab in the game manual aswell as accepted both the privacy policy and the EULA.
All I am able to do is play the tutorials over and over again.
Help would be appreciated as I bought the game yesterday and have been excited to play as I have played before, but I didn't have this issue.

If you are playing on console, you need to let everything finish downloading correctly
From what little can tell everything has downloaded, I have no indicated as to more downloads.
Indicator* and yes I am on console.
