Victor respawn time...
Victor shouldn't respawn after 6 seconds if charlotte is close to survivor.
In other words if victor and charlotte are on different sides of the map. Respawn would be instantaneous.
If charlotte and victor are next to each other there should be like 60 second cd. It should scale between 0 and 60 seconds dependent on distance.
