I'm so tired of seeing "nerf spirit" post...
She's strong. Overpovered? No. At least not against coordinated swf. So here is a change that would give more counterplay, while forcing survivors to use their heads.
Change her movement speed, power duration and power recharge speed addons. Reduce their effectiveness, so that survivors could tell in certain situations if spirit is faking her power and just standing still. Since now you'd have a better idea how long it takes for spirit to get her power back. Now if you want to get better at evading her, you'd also have to play her to get a good feel for her power.

Spirit is just Nurse with training wheels.
You wouldn't want to take her training wheels away, all you'd be left with is a toddler doing horizontal cartwheels on the floor.
It wouldn't be pretty.
Remind me, did they remove that occasional scream (from survivors pov) that was a bug?
That was nice.
One 'nerf' I think wouldn't actually be too bad, is if survivors could slightly hear her breathing/groaning even in phase, just as she can hear the survivor.
Neither can see each other, but both have an auditory cue when they're right next to each other. Usually it would be too late for the survivor at that point, if it was a good Spirit player, but they would get a slight warning that she was very close by, allowing them to react a second or two earlier. If you can anticipate her movements as well as she is anticipating yours, you could outplay her, similar to how you would attempt to outplay a Nurse. This counter would require as much experience and skill from the survivor as it would the killer.
