Give legions yellow pin a time limit or swap the effects of Legions Green and Yellow pins

The Legion pin (green addon) leaves survivors broken for a minute if you hit them while they are affected by killers instinct.

The Defaced smiley (yellow addon) pin leaves survivors mangled if you hit them while they are affected by killers instinct.

Their use to be a time limit of the yellow pin but ever since that was removed its been his better addon as it will buy you more time if survivors heal at any point during the game try to heal and normally you go from his power into chase so you cant take advantage of the broken status effect unless you slug if the survivors can run you for any amount of time. The only the legion pin helps is if you want to make it so the survivor doesn't heal for 60 seconds but with how quickly you can get injures you often benefit more from having them heal rather than have them on gens during that time.

In short his yellow is better than his green and that fine but its sooo good while the 3 pins are suppose to escalate in power.

(Defaced smiley pin) Yellow-Mangled-until healed

(The legion pin) Green-Broken for 60 seconds

Not to mention this combos into injure based perks like thanatophobia and blood echo.
