This can be for a few reasons, some circumstances where the bug occured were fixed for example. Also there was more than 1 bug attached to the pip issue and we commented on the one that was fixed which was this one:
Fixed an in issue that could cause incorrect values for the Unbroken emblem.

This is really pissing me off. Was working toward rank 1 survivor but I can't get past rank 5 because of this ridiculous bug.
