Dead Hard glitching/freezing on Xbox One

Anyone else with this?


Every time I use Dead Hard to avoid a hit the screen is glitching/freezing and it leads to me getting a hit anyway completely defeating the purpose of having the perk. It is happening nearly every time.

    Yes, this has happened to me recently as Killer when the screen glitched as a Survivor used Dead Hard. It almost looks like the Survivor has teleported.
