Twins: Survivors can get stuck in locker

I found Meg in locker so I blocked that locker with Victor, then return to that locker and waited for her to crush Victor so I can hit her and go for Claudet hidding next to killer shack. What happend however, the moment I hit her when she crushed the Victor, she got stuck in locker and I couldn't pick her up.
