Make Your Choice tier changes
MYC can arguably be more favorable at tier I for some killers. If they are certain in their ability to down the unhooking survivor within 40 seconds, they're able to use it 20 seconds sooner than tier III. So why not adjust this perk to be a 60 second duration on each tier, and the cooldown be 60/50/40 seconds? Otherwise, you can be screwed if you're forced to buy the higher tiers of the perk in the bloodweb and don't want to. There shouldn't ever be perks that are more favorable at lower tiers.
