Game breaking, absolutely awful Calm Spirit bug....
...It doesn't prevent you from startling and sending the Rats on the Game map scurrying off.
What other creatures besides birds does it even work on then?! D:

Its too hard to add in for the devs of this game that's why they aren't effected by spies from the shadows either.
Rats are not always woodland creatures lol... The question is do you see the rats scared by other players or is it your screen that shows it? did you think to ask this before assuming? so lets wonder why there are CROWS in the meat packing plant? the rats have not given me any noise or anything would be nice to ask about the visual if it's global or localized.
It should count if only for cohesive world building/entertainment value but it's obviously not really a big issue haha.
Rats are scared by anyone moving into them, but calm spirit just doesn't prevent this, which is just a bit disappointing is all :P
Also the terminology may be woodland creatures but I mean, the effect would realistically be more or less the same.
I've always wondered if Calm Spirit keeps Maurice the horse from whinnying.
I just haven't bothered to check because Calm Spirit is such a useless perk to bring in the first place.
no it does not affect Maurice, who is not an animal at all as seen by the third eye in it's forehead. Also no matter what happens, rats never have been sacred by humans as much as the fact it's something big and huge to them. but if it's client based then who cares.
I don't think so because that is a bit more built into the world and is just a scripted repeating occurrence it's not a dynamic game element like the rats and birds are that respond to active triggers.
Then against the "Boo statues" on Yamoka are client side so who knows.
