You transform plants found around The Campfire into tinctures that slow down bleeding. Healing speed is increased by 20/25/30 % and the efficiency of Med-Kits is increased by 60/80/100 %.

Patch 2.3.0
Buff: increased Healing Speed and Healing Item Efficiency to 11/22/33 %.

    I would give it a flat 50% bonus.
    For example, if a survivor equips Botany Knowledge + Prove Thyself + Self Care, he should be able to heal with normal heal speed or even slightly faster than normal. Without getting to the ridiculous heal speeds SC had during the beta.
