Second Wind does not heal

Mistercookie

Hello!

I've been testing it for a few games now and Second Wind from Steve does not activate when you get unhooked even if it's been charged.

You don't get the broken status effect and you don't get a health state back.

This is in the hotfix patch 4.5.2.

Thanks for reading this.
