Perk + Ability = No Synergy?

The old Tinkerer was a rly good Perk.
And yes, the instachainsaw was strong.
Rly strong.
But this Perk was rly funny, because he buffed the Killers ability.
And we need more Perks, like this.

Example:
Killer______|Perk__________________|Perk
Pig Ambush + Save The Best For Last + Play With Your Food = Do you want play Flash in DbD?Here you go.

    Imagine old tinkerer on the spirit, super fast charge and recharge time, would be onpar with nurse which would be cool with her quick load midchase sprints with good recharge time.

    It would be rly strong and funny, too.
    I think it will be more interesting, if you can buff killers ability with perks.
    Funfact: I played the old traper with the old tinkerer.It was rly funny.

    Don't apologize yo. And yeah, it seems cool. Some more perks need a rework or buffs. What do you like better, old tinkerer or new?
