i try loading in to dead by daylight and now i get this code and i cant even play.i started playing when legion dropped and enjoyed the game.i have all chapters and a fair amount of skins.the game is becoming more and more unplayable.why cant i play today?

This sounds more like a technical issue, so I would suggest posting in the tech sub forum and putting as much information as you can with regards to your platform, specs (if on PC) etc.
