Here is my suggestion for gamefix including DS and BT
First and foremost, before I suggest anything, update the struggle phase space bar spam. Once you've fixed this or changed it out completely, please come back and read the suggestion part, thanks BHVR devs.
Everyone writes such big walls these days, so I wrote big too. TL;DR make DS into self-BT, make mending and dying same resource / bar, & rework franks mixtape to support DS change.
To fix Decisive Strike, I'd suggest reworking Laurie from the ground up and incorporating an overhaul for mending/endurance mechanics (incl. Legion & Borrowed Time)
For Decisive Strike, it's original intent appeared to me to be tunnel insurance. In the original movie Halloween, I had considered the knitting needle to be the"DS scene". DS should still activate on jnhook. When DS activates, it is seen globally by all survivors (like Open Handed or prove thyself hud). While it is active: if the survivor who activated it attacked, the killer is stunned and the survivor enters mending state and DS becomes unusable for the remainder of the trial; if any other survivor loses a health state, it simply deactivates and waits for the next unhook event.
For Sole Survivor, I'd suggest a complete rework. Aura denial at conditional range (based on dead teammate count) is somewhat intuitive. Why not offer our solo survivors tiers of ability based on that count with even more intuitive approach? One dead teammate: 50% reduced survivor sounds (no mither-like). Two dead teammate: Survivor's running trails are reduced by 3 seconds (lightweight). Three dead teammate: Aura Denial (serving same purpose but without the ranged math). Make sole survivor attractive on its own, without needing OoO.
For Object of Obsession, there is no fix. It is perfection. Unfortunately for me, there's a loud portion of the community that disagrees. The developers recently suggested something I'd describe as an atrocity; nerf is an understatement. Having played nearly 500 hours using this perk, I'd suggest granting the killer some more power over this perk, as its original intent is to provide information to both the survivor and killer...therefore my suggestion is this: when the survivor is looking at the killer AND when the killer is looking at the survivor, ONLY THEN should OoO activate. This allows OoO players to keep their 4d chess play style, this allows the killer to control OoO auras, and it removes the sonar mechanic that OoO currently possesses (for those uninformed, it is currently possible to use the OoO perk hud as a sonar against undetectable killer).
These suggestions would have some gravity, so I'll condense down this second part of the suggestion. I'd suggest thay the mending state and dying state use the same resource. Makes mending a severe threat, because it currently behaves like half a health state. It should not be affected by TR or chases. As mending depletes your dying resource, your dying resource stays depleted (as it does already). Borrowed Time shouldn't be a shield, and that's how mending/endurance currently works...as a shield that has little consequence, and only if ignored. Mending should be scary, and so Legion's got one add on that sorely needs to be addressed with this massive wall of suggestion.
For Frank's Mixtape, bring back the stabby. Using frenzy attacks on mending survivor should not break frenzy, however the manner in which mending is applied should change to meet this suggestions changes. Rather than further deplete mendingdying resource, upon being hit by a frenzied legion, the survivor receives up to 5 strikes (the very same strike lines that represent the five players in the dbd logo). On the fifth frenzy strike, the survivor falls over. However, using franks mixtape should be extremely punishing somewhere. Killer stun durations are to doubled and post-frenzy slowdown should be extended for several more seconds. Inspired by release legion but with less of the overbearing oppression.
BHVR, you could have offered me that play test position, just sayin.

what?
LOL right? Literally the most annoying and pointless perk in the game. I still don’t know why it was ever added.
