Dream World...
Why does it have to be So damn dark. I got lost in the basement because there is so little light. in the Dream world. Sure Freddy needs a buff but can we make its not so dark in the dream world.

Because Freddy sucks. Every aspect of him sucks. You'd think since he's in a dream he could run around a little faster or see super clearly or something. But no, it's dark, cloudy and survivors instantly wake up. If you're a good M1 killer, you might make Freddy a below average killer and that's why Freddy sucks.
I don't understand why the devs changed that.
wait the dream world or was it the normal game? the game doesn't need to be brightened. just the dream world. If it just had more Fog and the some dark over lay but some brightness to even light like the... wake world (i don't know what to call it) then it would be better. freddy to me is a fun character to play. but do to the darkness its so easy to get lost.
yeah it is brighter a lot Brighter OR someone used a full moon offering. I haven't been playing For a really long time probably 2 months now if that if i had to guess Full moon Offering I've never seen one used in a game before but i'd image it makes it pretty damn bright . Or not if these are the changes they're wrong.

That's only Disturbed Ward, the rest of the maps were darker than they are nowadays.
Disturbed Ward was a very bright map back in the days in comparison to the dark original Realms, it had the look of breaking dawn. The devs changed that with the lighting engine change and made it much darker.
Tbh I feel like Freddy would fare better if the player just had a little decorative dream fog on the side of their screens to indicate it’s Freddy instead of placing him in the dream world.
