1) Unbroken Emblem for survivors
Didn't escape = "None" for Unbroken
So basically, no escape = Depip
2) Player left while loading = Depip
Such silly bugs, hope they get fixed soon :(

These have been reported and acknowleged many times now, we have said they will be fixed in the next hotfix patch.
