Animation for crouching/uncrouching and tapping gens

Right now, they both feel really slow, sluggish, unresponsive, stuck in mud, etc... whatever you want to call it.

What's up with that? It sucks. I hope that's not a change, I hope it's just a bug and gets fixed, Thanks.
