Running vaults are broken

I got a new computer, loaded up DBD, this was right around the mid chapter release. I cant running vault, can't running drop pallets, or running get into lockers. In order to do it, I have to run up, stop moving, then vault, but If I'm holding down any movement keys, the vault button does nothing. Running on its own and slow vaults work fine. This happens consistently across all the levels I've done survivor in so far and persists after validating my game files in Steam.
