Yeah I think it's Balanced. It's weak on small terror radius killers and you'll still have time to get away easily. But what do you think?

It is pretty good, a very good tracking perk. Especially good on billy, oni, and nurse.
It doesn't do much for taking up 1/4 perk slots as killer
