Should there be a more tactical element to the game?
Hear me out. Right now both Survivors and Killers don't offer much of an incentive to have different builds or various tactics. Often you only see varied builds and approaches if a streamer is memeing or if someone's 'forced' to do something for a challenge.
What if the game would radically change its mechanics to make things more tactical?
As in Survivors and Killers would get boost or set-backs to certain perks depending on their character. For example, SprintBurst would last longer and have a faster cooldown on Meg or Yui, but things like e.g. spine chill would be lowered for them (as both can get a bit of tunnelvision lorewise).
Or Killers like Deathslinger would get a boost on tracking perks like Bloodhound or Spies etc.
Likewise Charms would now actually do something (give a speedboost, increase aura range etc)
This would be a ton of work, and I just know some people would cry 'bloody murder' over it, but it might add some much needed fresh air to the game.

The problem with this idea, while dynamic, is it would just create another layer of meta has everyone just runs the "best" examples.
"GG Dwight overpowered. 15% gen speed OP!"
Which might be countered with challenges that require a broad roster of styles.
Also I think Dwight would have a malus on all skillchecks, poor guy's quite a nervous wreck after all
Who said he was the one making the skill checks? **LAUGHS IN PROVE THYSELF**
No, the balance in the game is hard enough. The game couldnt handle it.
If survivors had different strengths everyone would just play meta like they do now
They just need to buff some perks to make them more useful tbh. Too many perks are just way too niche to use.
