Why my rank reset but i didnt get my Bloodpoint?

I was Rank 10 after today (2/13/2021 6:30pm) my rank reset to Rank 12, but why i didnt get the bloodpoint?

    The bloodpoint rewards will only be introduced when MMR is active and the rank gets then reset to 20.

    MMR is active, no? I thought they said they would turn it on during the patch. Definitely seems like it.

    No it’s currently not used for matchmaking.

    it is running in the background and got an update on how the hidden rank is calculated. They are pretty much using the hidden ranks to see how good the hidden ranks can predict the outcome on the match. But matchmaking is definitely still the old system and they said they won’t turn it on without announcement.

    btw is it the first time they didnt reset the rank to rank20?
