Game frozen as killer, survivors still doing gens

I just got out of a game where I was frozen and couldn't move at all as michael after picking up a survivor. I could see survivors move and do gens but I couldn't do anything but pause the game. Very frustrating. Im on ps5

    Same happened to me just at the moment with Ghost Face. I was picking up a survivor, I still heard the sounds from the game but I was just seeing the hand of Ghost Face picking up the survivor, the survivor was moving on the floor, it disconnected me and I got 11 minutes of penalty because random disconnections happened yesterday too... this glitch is horrible.
