Please buff ghostface's recovery rate

The base time of 30 seconds is far too long. Can you buff it by maybe like 5 seconds or something? In exchange, maybe the chewed pen could be nerfed slightly, and make it provide another additional effect or something.

Now before you bring up kill rates, I get that he does moderately well. But it just feels so unfun to have to wait to recover you power, and the huge amounts of time where you can't do anything. A small recovery buff will also bridge the gap between his base kit and addons.

    His cooldown should be the more standard 20 secs but his recovery add-ons should be nerfed heavily.

    Yea i can live with that, his addons can reduce his recovery by up to 50%, and that difference is a bit too much imo
