Devout Emblem Does Not Match Points

Thanks to the new UI, I can see that I got 6 hooks. I also know I hooked one survivor 3 times, one twice, and another twice. By my calculations this should put me at 8 points, which according to the wiki is a Gold emblem. Instead I was awarded Bronze. Is this a bug or an intended change?

You got one kill, therefore you get 2 points. 2 points will award you a bronze emblem.

You get 2 points for each kill (= 8 points)

You get 1 point for hooking all survivors at least once and also 1 point for 9 or more hook events.
